Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated 14 September 2026. OmniStack is the controller for data sent through this website.
This policy explains how we handle personal data collected on this site, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
If you use the contact form we collect name, work email, company, type of help requested, project description and expected timeline. We also store basic page-view data (path and time) to understand which pages are used. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why
Enquiries are handled so we can reply and decide if we can help. Page views are used only to operate and improve the site. The legal basis is legitimate interest in running a professional services business, and, where relevant, steps prior to a contract.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle the conversation, then deleted unless a project requires us to retain it. Page-view logs are kept for a limited operational period.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority.
