Intelligent operations platform

A custom platform designed to take complex, document-heavy business workflows and make them faster to run without removing human judgement.

Challenge
The organisation ran on email, spreadsheets and tribal knowledge. Work was slow, difficult to audit, and painful to scale as volume grew.
Approach
We mapped the real process with the people who run it, separated decisions that can be assisted from decisions that must stay human, and designed an architecture that can take new workflows without a rewrite.
Technology
TypeScript, LLM integration, retrieval over internal documents, workflow engine, cloud-native services, PostgreSQL.
Solution
An operations platform that reads incoming documents, prepares a recommended next step, routes work to the right person, and keeps a record of what happened.
Outcome
Fewer manual hand-offs, a system operators can trust, and a foundation for new workflows instead of another one-off automation.

This engagement is typical of the work OmniStack takes on: a messy operational reality, a genuine constraint on growth, and a need for software that will still make sense in two years.

We do not start with a model vendor. We start with the process, the documents, the exceptions and the people who currently hold the system together. Only then do we decide where AI belongs — usually as an assistant inside a well-designed product, not as a chatbot dropped on top of the mess.
